Nanci Hester, MSW, LMSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker West Bloomfield 248.310.5097 Nanci Hester is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in working with children and adults with mood disorders and the siblings, spouses and parents who are impacted by their family member’s mood challenges. Nanci has an interest in how even the earliest attachment relationship may be affected by a parent’s mood disorder and works with parents of very young children. Nanci earned a Master’s of Science degree from the University of Illinois and continued her graduate work at Wayne State University, receiving a Master’s of Social Work and a graduate certificate in Infant Mental Health. Nanci has published in a national magazine and presented at national conferences in the areas of parent-child relationships and the impact on children when a sibling has a mood disorder.
